Creating the Team

(Week 02)

Another week, another achievement. Meet Team Happy!

Forming a team is an essential aspect of achieving organizational goals, and it requires careful planning, collaboration, and effective communication. A team is a group of individuals who come together to work towards a common goal, and it can be formed for various purposes, including completing a project, solving a problem, or addressing an issue. In this essay, we will discuss the steps involved in forming a team and the factors that contribute to its success.

Team Happy is named after an emotion every time we achieve something. From the smallest to biggest achievement that will be claimed, we will be happy with it. The name Happy will always make people smile and laugh because it might be common, but the emotion associated with it is unique and cute.

In line with choosing what the team's name is, we also selected the who is suitable as a hacker, hound, hipster, and hustler. We based it with our individual skills and the results of the personality test we took on our first week.  With Lance's skills of programming and coding, we chose him as our team's hacker. He has a broad knowledge and deep understanding with how the coding work. He is the one who develops the new technology for the business, builds new product prototypes, and works on product development Joms is known with his creative mind in our college department. That given, we chose him as our hipster. He best practices in marketing, brand identity building, user experience, and the look and feel of the product. In most early-stage start-ups, the hipster is the copywriter as well. Next is Brett. I have known him for a long time. He is best with his task. So, we decided to make him our team's hound. He is responsible in observing and interviewing multiple users, discovering patterns, and identifying areas of opportunity for the team to innovate. Lastly, the team's hustler. The visionary who sees the direction of the company and have the ability to unite and inspire the team. My personality goes with the hustler's attitude. So, I became the hustler.

After choosing who is who, my team proposed 3 solutions to the 3 problems proposed. We gathered data by interviewing, analyzing, and recording the interviewee's point of views.
